After making an appointment and waiting almost a month, they called and cancelled because their records didn't show a visit recent enough to "keep me as a patient" - they were not willing for me to show my paperwork of my visits because they "do not make mistakes", nor did they offer solutions/options and lacked the manners you would want in a Psychologist's office... it's more than unfortunate and I should have listened to the mother of another "former" patient who sought their assistance after returning to the area, at least I'd have been helped by now somewhere more professional and considerate.
