My therapist was great but reception staff is very rude. I have literally walked in there made eye contact and they still don’t open the glass or say hello, smile literally nothing on multiple occasions. Rude on the phone. Honestly one of the worst receptions I’ve ever had to deal with ever. The new pa was less than warm I had been doing well with the previous one and she left (Very suddenly but understandable) I didn’t get to say two words and she tells me she doesn’t think she can help me. I was taken aback by this considering that I felt like I was making progress. She explained a little further and I got this excuse for her not wanting to work. I just was made to feel like my case was too much and for her I wasn’t worth the time. I’m currently looking for a new practice and I’m sad because I’m going to have to leave behind my therapist. Save yourself the trouble of starting here bc they can’t keep a PA for meds and the new girl is only in on Saturday so good luck with getting a call back or an appointment.( Receptionist at the freehold location is very sweet)

Rhonda Batlas is the most dedicated, caring and professional therapist. I am so grateful to Rhonda for the countless times she has been there for me.

I've been seeing the same therapist for several years and I have never felt this way. I didn't think I would ever see the light at the end of the tunnel. She has made me get my self worth back Let me know that what happened wasn't my fault (which was difficult). After 22 yrs of abuse I don't look over my shoulder any more. I know triggers, so I stay away from them. Occasionally I still have nightmares, & I realize I will always have PTSD, but I have myself back. I have recommended my therapist to friends & hope they listen to me for their well being. U have an excellent staff of professionals & office workers also. Everyone is ALWAYS HAPPY. IT'S A PLEASURE TO GO THERE.🌞☃️🎆🥇😀😄🤗☺️

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I would see them over anyone else in the field. They are definitely an expert.
I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
