The office staff is HORRIBLE. The receptionist at the front desk is completely unprofessional and ignorant. The office manager, Jan, is rude also. These people don't realize that they are in the mental health field and the job requires finesse and sensitivity. They make you feel like you're bothering them. They are NOT advocates of mental health. The doctors are good, but I wont return because of the unprofessional ill trained office staff. My one star is for the doctors only.

No, they were polite

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Did this psychologist leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Not at all! The provider was always present and attentive
Would you refer this psychologist to a family or friend?
Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer.
