Best place for help in 29 years I've struggled with depression-other issues. My counselor is great. I have a case manager now who can help make sure I pay my bills, go to appointments,even drive me too see my mom who's in hospice & my son who has m.s & recently diagnosed with a serious rare life threatening brain infection.they applied for food stamps for me, something I have needed for 5 months but unable to do myself. I don't eveh have to drive to get my medications, Moundbuilders will deliver them to me & even separated as what/when to take,got me set up on meals & wheels,looking for cheaper housing,i can walk in anytime during office hours if I need someone to talk to- 24-7 hotline # I can call, i'm sure i'm not mentioning everything but Moundbuilders gets the highest praise ad appreciation from me-

I know they don't care! The so called Dr. Lois laughed at my problems. Im at the end of my rope with drs in knox county! This place is a joke, when they hear that something has happened to me just remember, I blame them 50%. I did not give this place 1 star! Scott is great but so called Dr. Lois should not be a health care provider there, she doesn't even live in Ohio! We should be able to see a Dr. in PERSON! not one that looks down on you and laughs at your problems! She made me hate my self even more than I did before I met her!

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

No. It took me several times to get through.

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection
