This provider treated my son for years. When my son was receiving inadequate medication treatment from Dr. Morgan's colleague, he acted like he Is just a bystander. Very poor team approach at this clinic which is a university teaching facility. He comes across as soothing and compassionate, but ineffective in our experience.
