Never, they are very reliable.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Excellent therapist.
