Excellent therapist. Thorough assessments. Office staff is friendly and professional. During COVID sessions were held through telemedicine.

Mary McDonald is the most unprofessional mental health provider I have ever seen. She does not advertise that she only does telemed visits. On my first visit, her equipment failed. On my second visit, she asked me a lot of questions not related to the reason I was seeking therapy. She canceled my third visit due to a personal emergency and her receptionist forgot to write down my fourth visit. All of this is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. A mental health therapist is supposed to help people through stressful situations, not create stressful situations. I am disappointed and disgusted by the way I was treated.
