I had very disappointing experiences with this therapist. She basically just listened, stared, and collected payment without doing anything else, even though I expressly asked for EMDR treatment. Once, she even laughed at me when I told her I suspected my narcissistic partner was having affairs. I often felt that I merely was financing her vacations. I would have been better off using the money I spent/ wasted there if I had gone on a vacation. I also frequently wondered if she was not actually offering any treatment to me during our sessions because she disliked me, but since she wanted the money she said anything about her dislike. I would never consider this person a “therapist,” rather just a taker!!

I received the holistic care I needed with complex issues from both Tricia and Michael. They are professional and have a variety of techniques upon which to help clients adjust to life transitions. I highly recommend them both for personal therapy and relational counseling.

I've already started telling everyone I know about them. I had such a fantastic experience, and I'll never go anywhere else. Every time I go, they always remember me and go out of their way to make me feel important. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
