I have found lifespan psychologists and the counseling staff to be wonderful. Straightforward, down to earth and easy to talk to. On occasion I have the receptionists/office staff to be abrupt. I do believe however there have been efforts to improve that situation. The councillor base been able to help me sift through very difficult problems. Also she has helped me to make decisions and learn to stop obsessing. For this I am deeply grateful.
