The quality of care is good. However, it is very difficult to schedule appointments. They are booked months in advanced. I experience about a three month wait between seeing the nurse for medication review. Once when I was nearly in crisis, the nurse wanted to see me in a month. there were no available appointments until almost tree months out.

Seeing a psychologist is limited to once a month, regardless of how stable or unstable the client is. That is until the client is well established with a psychologist. Then it is once every two weeks.

They have inadequate staffing. Phones are rarely answered and often go to voice mail. Calls are rarely returned from voicemail.

There is a serious shortage of parking for the physically handicapped. I try to get to appointments early so I can circle the parking lot waiting for a handicap spot to open up. Otherwise it's a long walk to the entrance doors.
