Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. When they started to give me advice that seemed biased, I began to doubt their motives. I didn't trust that they were giving me advice that would genuinely help me. The cologne they wore was nauseating. I wanted to cover my nose the entire time I was there. I could hardly stand being in the room. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
