In my 18 years of receivng therapy, this has been, by far, my most unpleasant experience. There was no clear treatment plan established. The sessions emphasized advice, rather than therapy. I felt as though I was just having conversations about my problems as I would with a friend. Nothing was identified for me to address or work on...no professional feedback.
