The administrative assistant was very pleasant as she tried to explain the client and his family member. However the attending Admissions person was very unprofessional, did not introduce her self to the prospective client and his family member. She was curt, rude and condescending to the prospective client and his family member throughout the admission visit. The admissions office is the face of any agency providing treatment services as it should welcome and provide support for someone experiencing crisis. Instead, the admission office was a barrier and failed this individual seeking help.

I went here when I was a teenager, and I had the counsler Becky, andd i absolutely loved her!!! Would like to start going back here again. I would reccoment this place to ANYONE!! Everyone there is always so friendly!!

I went here for couples counseling. We were able to schedule in the evening, which was hard to find at other places, and the office workers were great about figuring out all of our insurance information for us. Our therapist was absolutely wonderful. Very professional, insightful, and stayed really neutral between the two of us. My husband and I really got a lot out of it and I would recommend this to any family experiencing ups and downs from whatever. our therapist listened, provided some exercises for us to try at home, and helped us talk through some pretty heavy topics in a safe space.

Very unprofessional. Terrible environment. They have too many cats, so if you're allergic don't even bother trying to make an appointment! They either cancel your appointments last minute or are late showing up!!! They also have a tendency to bill extremely late leaving clients with rediculous bills that no one would be able to afford. Thousands of dollars!!!
Worst counseling place ever!!! You're better off going to the YMCA!
