Awful place. All they cared about was "do you have insurance" and "do you have your copayment". I was "counseled" in a conference room and the phone kept ringing. I was actually suicidal . . . but the "counselor" pretty much said I need to find a hobby - you know, do something for yourself. I wouldn't recommend this place to my favorite enemy. And some weird guy was in the reception area, talking very low on the phone. I'm guessing it's the weirdo who takes the inquires. DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE? GOT YOUR COPAY? Place is a joke.
They don't offer flexible appointment times at all. I have a busy schedule, and every time I try to get an appointment they never have anything available at a time that works for me. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
