They are very helpful in the crisis unit except one nurse doesnt like you to cry or wail when you need to. Otherwise they try their best to help you. This you crisis center and staff.

YES JUST A LITTLE HEADS UP THIS PLACE IS A BAD JOKE WHEN I AM ABLE TO REGROUP (and I am not even the one that needed help) I INTEND ON FOLLOWING UP WITH SOME-ONE THAT HOLDS JURISDICTION OVER THIS PROGRAM/FACILITIE IT TRULEY NEEDS A FULL INVESTAGTION CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG BUT DO OR DO THEY NOT HAVE POLICIES SUCH AS THE NECESSARY SKILLS / PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE TO CARRY OUT THERE POSITIONS LIKE TITLES AND (DEGREES)
NOT TO MENTION (ETHICS) and INTEGRITY I WOULD LIKE THIS MESSAGE TO GO ON RECORD I BELEIVE THEY VIOLATED OUR TRUST AND OUR RIGHTS, I BELEIVE THERE SHOULD BE CONSEQUENCES THEY SHOULD FACE. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SAY THAT PEOPLE LIKE ME SHOULD NOT FEEL THE NEED TO HIRE A LAWYER YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CONGRESSMAN OVER SUCH A ISSUES THAT IS THIS IMPORTANT WE THE PEOPLE ARE PRETTY MUCH ON OUR OWN IN THESE DAYS I WOULD LIKE TO ADD IF IT WAS 1998 I CAN DIFFERANTLY SAY I WOULD BE CONTACTING (MR.BILL THOMAS)
WHO WAS OUR LOCAL CONGRESSMAN AT THAT TIME BECAUSE I HAD CALLED ON HIM MORE THEN ONCE OVER A COMPLETE DIFFERANT ISSUE AND IT WAS A HONOR THAT HE CARED ENOUGH TO ASSIST ME HIM-SELF WITH THE HELP OF MS BILLIE JO AND JUST TO SUM IT UP BOTH TIMES I HAD CONTACTED HIM IN A MATTER OF 4 DAYS HE HAD RESOLVED THE PROBLEM. ALSO NEEDS TO BE NOTED THAT IN THE PAST YEAR I TRIED TO CALL ON MY LOCAL CONGRESSMAN AGAIN & TO BE HONEST I DID NOT EVER GET TO SPEAK TO THEM PERSONALY JUST THERE STAFF AND BOTH OFFICES I CALLED HAD ABOUT AS MUCH CONCERN AND INTELLIGENCE AS JO BLOW AROUND THE CORNER PRETTY SAD THAT THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO COMMUNICATION NOR PROFESSIONALISM IN THEM I FIND THAT TO BE OFFENSIVE ,HAS IT CAME DOWN TO NOTHING MORE THEN A BUNCH OF BUREAUCRAT CRAP WHAT HAPPENED TO WE THE PEOPLE FOR THE PEOPLE OF THE PEOPLE I WILL TELL YOU IF YOU DONT NO (NO ONE CARES) THANKS FOR READING. my son had to get off parole first which is understanble when he did he went for help 8 times to these people each time was turned away he was in crisis what does it take for them to help you ??? you have to be in hospital ordead?? he went again and this time received letter from them they could be of no help!!!!! what is the problem ??? I wish I new.

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Whenever I call and leave a message, they usually don't get back to me for at least a few weeks. They really need to check their messages more often. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying.
