I believe she is one of the best therapists in the area. Unfortunately she no longer takes my insurance

I took my son in to see Ms. Kelly and after I decided she was not the right fit for us, for many reasons, my ex-husband / son's father decided to take him back to see her despite my wishes. I have not been able to speak directly to Ms. Kelly and instead have to deal with a man named Jeremy who not only refuses to give me any information regarding treatment of my son, even though I have joint legal custody, also refuses to cease treatment of my son despite multiple attempts to request that Ms. Kelly stops seeing him. I even faxed over a custody agreement which not only shows I have joint legal custody but also that we are to seek family based therapy. They confirmed they received the fax but have made it clear they have no intention to stop seeing my son. This is illegal and wrong. They clearly do not have their patients best interest in mind.

Jeremy in front office says my insurance okay. I go to appointment, complete pages & pages of paperwork, pour out my heart, schedule next appointment. I call to reschedule appointment time and am told by Jeremy "oh, I made a mistake, we don't take your insurance, I have a note here from Kathleen to call you."
During the appointment, Kathleen says "I know what I have to do to get Harmony to allow you 2 appts a week. It will take paperwork, but I'll do it." (...I need help obviously).
Good news? They don't want any more money over the $15 I paid. Bad news? This woman did not have the courtesy to call me herself. Is this insurance issue a copout? Is she not capable of helping me? I'm left to wonder... if you are considering her practice, you should think twice.

Most compassionate, understanding, non-judgemental and greatest therapist I've ever had. Very, very smart and insightful woman!
I've seen multiple types of therapists since I was 15 years old. I am now 50. She helps me gain more and more understanding of myself and I'm allowing myself to make changes within, where it needs to come from and allowing myself, through her aid, to be more aware of patterns and ways to make those changes externally as well as internally. Definite 5 stars!

I have been in therapy for many years with several different counselors and I learned more in one session with Ms. Kelly than all those years with other therapist. She is very knowledgeable and is dedicated to what she does. She not only changed my life but also changed my children's behavior in just 6 weeks! Her office and staff made us feel very welcome and is beautiful.
