They're usually able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They're able to answer most of my questions. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service somewhere else....but they offer the best pricing I've ever seen. If you're looking for prescriptions for anti-depressants or weekly group therapy you can get it here. If you want real psychotherapy you'd be better off paying for a real shrink than trying to get it here.
