They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I almost turned around and went home after trying to find their office for so long. I got lost a few times but I eventually found it. Not only were they the best psychologist I've ever seen, I think they were the best health provider I've ever seen. They make everyone else look like they just started practicing yesterday.
