I spoke to Jenison Psychological Services multiple times trying to get services started. They were not a preferred provider on my insurance, so it took several conversations to arrange for a payer agreement. Through the entire process the office manager indicated we were moving forward. Then once the agreement was finalized, I received a call from the office manager that all the therapists were full, and that I could not be seen. This sounded odd, so I called the owner and left a message asking to speak to him. Soon after the office manager called back and admitted they simply did not want to do the agreement with my insurance. The entire process wasted my time and was very disrespectful. I also never heard back from the owner. I certainly would not recommend them.
