Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Getting an appointment with them at a convenient time couldn't be easier. I've never had a problem getting an appointment at a time that works for me. The entire time I was there, their entire attention was focused on me. I felt very cared for. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Whenever I go, I usually have to remind them why I'm there and what my situation is. They should at least take notes during my appointment or something so I don't have to constantly re-explain myself. They were friendly and made me feel at home. One thing I appreciated about their office, was how easy it was to find parking. I was able to find a spot right away. But the most important thing was that he was so totally unaware of his own stuff that he projected onto me so that not only did he not help me and my partner, both of whom wanted to get back together after a split, I was re-traumatized and have taken 3 years to get past the pain of that and the loss of my partner through it. This guy is an incompetent at best, but most just a fraud.
