Dr. Hyde and the psychologists in his office were fine. However, their office billed us for a "missed appointment" and that is where the problems started. The appointment was not missed so I called to discuss this with Dr. Hyde's Administrative Director, Carolyn Hyde. Carolyn would not listen to me, interrupted me, yelled at me, stated I were wrong and mistaken, and hung up on me. Before she hung up she stated that she would refund the $45 for the missed appointment and then put in her notes that the refund was denied. My spouse and I were both on the phone and heard her say it. When we called back after a few weeks of not receiving the reimbursement we were again told we must have been mistaken and misunderstood. The secretaries were just also condescending. I've never been treated so poorly, unprofessionally, or unethically by a doctors office staff.
