Was very helpful the times I had been there since 2011. He cares about his patients. I was well on my way with the help I got from Dr. Hershman.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

I didn't feel safe in their care at all. I didn't trust their motives. They weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I had to call several times before someone finally answered. He just wanted to give advice, but never listened to me.
