Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They made sure all of my questions were answered, and are always there if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
Thomas Heitkemper Phd is a true professional with total interest of the patient with a unique prospective on how best to deal with the situation.Individual needs are evaluated combined with medical history and present conditions are skillfully interwoven. Dr.Heitkemper is my only choice for the professional help I personally need.
