Psychiatrist - Counselor - Case Manager - none of them communicate with one another re: you the patient. Not aware what the other is doing or saying or prescribing or diagnosing or recommending etc. Doctor dont read case notes made by counselor and counselor dont read any case notes made by doctor. Total lack of communication. My 1st doc prescribed me pills then cut me off cold turkey - it was a pill your not supposed to stop taking cold turkey due to bad withdraw side effects. I demanded new Doc, got one and she didnt even read up on my case from 1st docs notes, all she did was push more different meds and tried to hospitalize me. one medicine was prescribed without dosage amount so pharmacy would not fill it, doctor was out of office for week and i was told i'd have to wait til she came back to get her to add dosage amount and get script filled. but she had said if i had any med issues call and they would be handled right away - lies lies lies - harbor sucks - they dont help - even counselor was useless - she just listened mostly - and let me talk about whatever i wanted - even if was dumb stuff like tv shows i had watched- never asked me much and never really gave any advice or helpful feedback when i did say something i felt was important - i may as well have talked to a wall or one of my friends - one of my friends would have been more helpful. Harbor is a joke - when i called to cancel all my future appointments with them and I told them I WAS DONE - they didnt even ask me why i was done or if i was okay or if something was wrong they could maybe help with. they didnt care - they just happily said 'okay'. And its now been a few months - not once did my counselor call to ask why im not coming in anymore - not once did my doctor there call to ask if i was okay and why i stopped coming in - no one has bothered to call and ask me or send mail or anything - why - because they really dont care about people like they say they do. i could go on and on about other things wrong with harbor too but i wont.

STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. They will let you keep making appointments and tell you that you have a zero balance then all of a sudden (3 years later) say you owe thousands of dollars. WHY WOULD U LET ME KEEP MAKING APPOINTMENTS IF I HAD A BALANCE THAT HIGH, LET ALONE AT ALL. BEFORE EVERY APPT THEY MAKE YOU SIGN A PAPER STATING YOUR BALANCE AND MINE WAS ALWAYS ZERO. IF YOU HAVE A BALANCE YOU MUST PAY IT BEFORE SEEING THE DR OR THERAPIST AGAIN. SO THEY LET ME RACK UP A HUUUUUUGE BALANCE (AND DIDNT EVEN TELL ME I HAD A BALANCE WHATSOEVER, AT THE TIME I HAD DUAL COVERAGE, SO EXPECT THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT TO WAIT 2 YEARS TO EVER BILL YOUR INSURANCE) THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN ARE BILLING ME FOR APPOINTMENTS THAT I HAD SEROUSLY YEARS EARLIER!!!!!! I WOULD SEE THE DOCTOR FOR SERIOUSLY 10 MINS SOMETIMES EVEN 5 AND GET CHARGED FOR A 60-MIN APPOINTMENT. THE DR WAS ALWAYS LATE CALLING ME IN TO HER OFFICE. NOT MY FAULT. they didn't care to let me know the dr they assigned me to was NOT in my network even though I ASKED and double checked before EVER having any appointments there. over 3 years later and I am STILL paying for appts I had seriously 5 years ago. and they threaten to send the collection agency to me for not paying my entire balance in full EVEN THOUGH we AGREED to a monthly payment plan. AND the billing department waits to send you your bill until 2 days before its due even though the bill is dated 3 weeks prior. and if they get it late you will get penalized. so you literally have to send your payment in the same day you get your bill. The female doctor I saw was VERY condescending and if you are a drug addict (even if you are in recovery) she will not treat you like a human being. I relapsed and went to a different rehab center for my inpatient and was threatened to be kicked out if I were to ever relapse again..... REALLY???? WHEN SOMEONE NEEDS MENTAL HEALTH CARE THE MOST YOU TURN THEM AWAY????? The doctor was pissed off and offended that i went somewhere else for inpatient and outpatient treatment and instantly started treating me horribly for not getting treatment through harbor. This place is a complete joke and don't care about you, they only want your money. the therapist I had never gave me any advice its like I was talking to a brick wall. I could do a better job as a therapist than her. terrible place and I would NEVER recommend anyone to go there. Was given meds that have tons of side effects with very little effectiveness and was even told by another dr that the med I was on is frequently labeled a placebo because it helps 5% of the people who take it. They are money hungry, do not go here. you will regret it and so will your bank account!!!!!!
