One of the finest psychologists I've ever known. Dr. Fulton has unusual empathy and compassion for people. She is very effective in her field and knows human behavior. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Fulton is one of the finest psychologists/counselors I have met, know of and worked with. She is extremely caring of her clients and works hard to establish trust and a good working relationship. Dr. Fulton is brilliant, and understands the field of psychology. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
