I continue to go to Jeanine because I feel like she actually cares about me getting better, she's not just there to watch the clock for an hour. She's truly present during our sessions which is something I couldn't say for other providers in the past. I guess it comes down to the fact that for me, I trust her and her expertise. She has taught me how to trust myself above all, how to create boundaries in my life, how to be gentle with myself when I slip up, about Al-Anon, so that I can understand and treat the affects alcoholism had on my childhood and how it affects relationships in my adult life, etc. I strongly recommend Jeanine to anyone in the Berkshires who is looking for excellent guidance from a truly gifted and wonderful individual. She is well worth the drive, and I've come from a few hours away before to see her!
