to anyone concerned, this place seems to have the attitude that they are doing you a favor by taking your money, it usually takes a week r more and several phone calls for your pharmacy to get authorization for refills. They called my house this morning, when I called back I was told it was likely because they weren't going to authorize my refill since I didn't have an appt scheduled until Oct which was the earliest they could give me in July, but at any rate I waited on hold to speak to the person for over 15 mins and finally decided I'd be better off to find a new pace to go, They are willing to let me go cold turkey off of two of my prescriptions and that's not patient friendly at all. Plus having three different therapists in under months isn't a sign of a well run place IMO


BTW I have been coming here for a few years now and while I was very satisfied with the doc and my 1st therapist it has always been a major pain in the ass to get prescription refills at any rate, I've finally had enough and if can find corporate's email or phone number they will be hearing from me

The staff is very knowledgable about insurance and billing, and there is hardly any wait to be checked in. The office area is exceptionally clean, and the psychologist I see is excellent.

I am absolutely furious. I needed an appointment because I just moved to the area and needed to have my medication prescribed to a local pharmacy. I already had to wait several weeks for an appointment which, I knew, was typical, so I tried to just tough it out. But then, the office calls me the day of my appointment, one hour before, actually, and tells me the doctor can't come in and will have to reschedule. I understand that things happen, but I have been weeks without my medication that I need to properly function, AND I took a day off of work for this appointment! That's a vital portion of my paycheck I won't be getting back, and I am barely scraping by, as it is. I am livid. The office told me they would be calling back to reschedule (which they still haven't done!!!) but there is no need. I will not be doing business with these folks anymore.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise
