This doctor consulted my teen 2 times only. She didn't provide me details about my teen's diagnostic and I paid out of pocket expenses as she doesn't file claims for the patient. She is not very responsive to voicemails and I call her weekly for the past few months to have a follow up discussion about my teen's diagnostic and questions regarding the claims I have not been able to file due to lack of information from services she provided to my teen.
MY TIME and MONEY IS IMPORTANT TOO!
