Denise is a great listener. Very supportive , knows how to communicate effectively with her patients. She is very knowledgable and provides lots of good information and ideas to help situations. She is very caring. I would recommend Denise to any of my friends or anyone in need of help.

Denise Brody likes to talk about her other patients problems, her son and her family. She is a waste of time to visit. She is horrible on my 1st visit she advise me to like my spouse. I was the one with problem not my spouse. She needs to learn how to comprehend situations and then give her analysis. I was very unhappy in manner she spoke to me without knowing the situation completely. I was not impressed or have any desire to visit with her again progressed. I made absolutely no progress, and I felt even worse when I left. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They didn’t take the time to listen to me at all. It seemed like they wanted me to leave as soon as I sat down. I noticed their credentials up on the wall right away. It made me even more confident that I was seeing someone who was qualified. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. The entire time I was there, their entire attention was focused on me. I felt very cared for.
