My PSYD is an excellent resource for me. My visits are productive & meaningful. I end up doing a lot of work on my own between visits - as it should be - to bring new material to work on next session.

they are too busy to help you.. even when the Dr himself says he wants to help you or your child you are left by the road side.. if you don't harass them you won't ever been seen. they never have afterschool appts available and can't understand why you cant take your kids from school for appts.. when summer rolls around they don't bother to call and see if they can finally get you in.. but they don't forget to bill you.. they need better staff ones that understand and are caring not aloof and want to just pass you off on some other clinic.. don't go here unless you want to fall though the cracks

Both my son and I used the services at Del Valle Clinic and were extremely disappointed. We saw different therapists and were not assisted in working through our reasons for attendance. They were very cold and aloof and had a superior attitude. Once we moved to another therapist, progress and healing was attained. I certainly hope they have changed their attitudes since we were there.
