Lieberman will give you a smarmy feeling. Didn't tell me that I would be seeing the semi-retired state worker Donna for therapy, who only works one day a week. Gave up on her after several visits of hashing over the same exact dialogue - you might as well just call a hotline or talk to your friend and save $150. Get to see the APRN and then Lieberman comes in for about 5 minutes to decide what cocktail of drugs to give you. They are big on prescribing drugs. Don't let the title of this practice fool you. It is nothing special. Office is kind of dumpy. I've been to other therapists that are both better and cheaper. They charge more for the privilege of handing your 6 different prescriptions: benzo's, ssri, anti-psychotic (even if you don't need it), sleeping pills, etc.
As a supposed caregiver, Dr Santos seems to lack a basic understanding of compassion. Instead he seems much more interested in avoiding a malpractice suit. He approaches patients from a prescription standpoint rather than one of emotional support. I expect you could do much better.
Very difficult to get a hold of receptionist when you news to reschedule due to illness they have no sympathy. No communication between reception and doctors. Receptionist very rude and short over the phone.
