Horrible. A sham to the profession. Dr Cooper was/is paid to give bad reviews for insurance companies to deny compensation. Suggested I had back problems and neck problems (which I sustained in an industrial accident when machinery fell on me) because I was not married and abstained from sexual activities. Suggested I had a substance abuse problem when I have never smoked, done drugs, and had not drank in 20 years. Cares more about the money than the truth or real treatment. Dr. Cooper should be ashamed.
