Sharon didn't give me the impression of being capable of or taking the trouble to deeply understand what she needed to understand. I got the impression she has a standard bag of superficial diagnoses and she even proceeds to judge and advice based on insufficient knowledge. I felt this at the time I saw her but after seeing another therapist I realize how shallow Sharon is. My sessions with her were not therapeutic at all. It was almost as if she needed to stick it to you a little at the end (in a somewhat abusive "this is good for you" sort of way).

I wouldn't say that they're the type of psychologist to go above and beyond. They've never taken any sort of extra step to make me feel respected or important. They didn't have the worst prices I've ever seen, but they definitely weren't the best. I wish they had tried to work with my insurance company a little more. Most of the time I was there, I felt pretty ignored. They didn't want to listen to any of my input or concerns. They've always been very reliable, and only cancel my appointment if there's an extreme emergency. I think they've only canceled it once the whole time I've been going there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I barely spent any time in the waiting room. I was seen very quickly.
