I get the feeling that they think they know what is necessary even if they can't help me. I don't think the office knows anything about insurance billing! I'm afraid that I'll have to fight the bill. Tried billing for more than they were supposed to. Testing did not provide any new insight but rather just reiterated what I told them during the interview. Took over 2 months to get the results and that was only after I hassled them saying the wait was too long.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. From the beginning we were told we would have answers and recommendations fro our daughters issues. $2000 later we ended up with test information we already knew and was referred to a couple of website..No thanks.
