"Dr Tony" is not a DR... he also does not follow HIPAA rules... He will tell you one thing and with in 10 minutes change his mine... "Dr Tony" is the fuel that lead to my divorce... by asking my to get proof of things I would get proof and then he would go to my wife and say look and all the E-mails, and photos you husband gave me.... and in the emails I told him this is all private...and of course my wife having a mental illness did not take kindly to being confronted with proof of her wrong doing... He told me my wife was off her medication and could not be helped, but he tried any ways and failed... way over his head
