The staff is not friendly at all. One week prior we had set up an appointment to pick up papers for my brother. The staff from this place specifically told us to be there between 12 and 4pm -the papers would be ready. My Mom drove for 45 mins to find that they had moved (the girl on the phone failed to tell us this), we finally find the new place just to be told that the papers are not ready that they would be a while. My Mom, sister and brother sat there for 21/2 hours just to learn that the papers were not moved to this new location. Young girls in office could be seen laughing in back room--guess they found this amuseing. This business is so poorly run--they should be shut down. We are a family trying desperately to help my brother and the attitude from the girl on the phone was so uncaring and rude. She is the one that said we had to be there that specific time slot and didn't even have the brains or did not care to call and let us know that the papers would not be available. She should be fired.This is no place for someone like this to be working. These people should not have a job dealing with people--especially sick people that need help and support.
