I had a parenting evaluation done by Mr.Castele (he represents himself as Ph.D Pshy.) He has his doctorate in MINISTRY! I'm sorry that is screwed up! Casteele made up numerous lies on my evaluation! Going as far as to say I was in a mental hospital a year ago! WTF! My birthday is wrong on the evaluation! He didn't call two of my collateral contacts back all he did was look at my divorce declarations and talk to the people who took my exes side! I had numerous family including my and trained professionals that I was fine to be with my daughter. He went ahead and wrote up some bogus report. It took 4 months to get it done and my attorney had to go down unannounced to pick it up because he wouldn't return phone calls! This man is a CROOK!

We are grateful for the help we are getting through Dr. Casteele and his office staff, Roberta, is outstanding. Our son struggles with drug abuse and other treatments have not helped. Dr. Casteele is taking a full person approach to his recovery and the mental issues that are involved. He is also working with our family to be on a good direction. Our son's needs are beyond our ability to help and Dr. Casteele is giving us new hope....and a new way of dealing with each other. His faith-based approach is consistent with our foundation and that is a blessing.
Their prices are very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

The couselor did not put correct information in the assessment and he lied to the courts about what I said. When I tried to call for 3 weeks and speak to Mr. Williams he refused to hear what I had to say said his counselor was correct and hung up. Clients come to a this place where people are suppose to be working with you to get what you need they dont . They work with CPS to keep their contract.If I had known what a horrible experience I was going to have, I never would have gone in the first place. this is the second time I have had this kind of BAD HORRIBLE expereince. I would never refer a friend or family member here ever. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time.
