I have had several months of experience with Casey Alexa. In my opinion, she is professional, a good listener. Most importantly she guides you, helps you look for solutions. Not just a place to vent, but to really work on what you need.

Alexa Casey is very unprofessional, and childish. she will hang up on you during a conversation, when she doesn't like what you have to say, nor will she understand or listen to your point of view if she disagrees with it.
