They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. One thing I really appreciated about them, was that they didn’t rush my appointment at all. I was able to talk about everything I needed to, without worrying about being interrupted or cut off. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
