We think Dr. Burda is an outstanding therapist. He puts everyone at ease with his quiet but humorous manner and approach. He is affective at getting to the heart of the matter and offering an intelligent and sensible approach to matters by putting them in proper perspective. The receptionist was friendly after we got to know her. The most frustrating thing is getting calls returned promptly - it seems like it often takes awhile to get a return call from him --though none of ours were for urgent situations. If they were, I feel confident that we would hear back quickly. We think he is so good that we put up with this little annoyance.
