Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.
