Great experience! My husband and I saw Dr. Boward and we are doing much better. The staff were warm, I felt like a human being, and they were able to bill my insurance without any hassle.

They are one of the most reliable psychologists I've ever been to. They never cancel my appointments and always make sure they are available when they say they will be. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I found parking right away at their office, and it was right next to the entrance. I usually have to leave early to find parking at other offices I've visited but not here. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Whenever I go, they make me feel like I'm their only client. They've always gone above and beyond.
