After working the night shift as a nurse for 15 years, I had difficulty falling asleep and staying sleep when I went to the day shift.

After my sessions with Gail, I was falling asleep with in 30 min of lying down If I woke up in the middle of the night, I was able to fall back to sleep.

It was amazing that I was able to get up and actually feel rested, getting 7-8 hours of sleep verses 4-6.
