I don't recall being put on hold and all of my initial questions were answered prior to appointment time. My appointments started on time. The experience was very positive and personally helpful. No medications or additional sessions were pressured. The personnel were considerate and professional. Note, the business is conveniently located and close to I-94 in Maplewood. Overall, I would highly recommend Birbilis & Associated PA.
