I had an appointment a week ago with a therapist, I was told a nurse practitioner would be getting in touch with me. It's almost time for my next therapy session and still no call or (separate??) appointment with a nurse practitioner. I basically paid $85. WITH insurance, to be told a few helpful sentences and then nothing. I'm calling my insurance company about this office because something seems off. Also, I don't understand the separate appointments (also will be separate charges??), it just doesn't feel right. I can't imagine how much this would cost monthly IF someone actually communicated via phone by returning phone calls in a timely manner or heck, even answering the phone.

The entire staff were so well suited to a holistic approach. I felt completely at ease.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
