They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff, especially their office manager, was extremely rude and nasty. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
