They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I spent less than five minutes in their waiting room, it was great. I had barely sat down in my chair when they called me back. Dr. V. was very quick to understand my problems and to help
me resolve them. She is fair, reasonable, and easy to talk to . I trusted her immediately. She is very professional, but also very warm and friendly. I have sent other people to her and they had the same good experience as I did.
