When I go in for my appointment, Julie always able to pick up right where we left off at my last appointment. It's nice not to have to constantly remind her and it makes me feel like she really listens to me while I'm there. I didn't have to wait very long after I arrived for my appointment. I couldn't believe how great her office looks. It was very obvious that all the counselors take pride in the waiting room area as well. It is very warm and inviting. Julie went out of her way to make me feel special and respected, and was very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that her office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
