They barely gave me any information at all. I guess I'm going to have to ask someone else to answer my questions. I was very unhappy with the way my appointment progressed. I made absolutely no progress, and I felt even worse when I left. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.
