This worked for me. I was 190 lbs I'm 5' 2 and am in my 40s. My knees were killing me, I couldn't do any of the stuff I used to could do. I'll bet I've tried every diet method known to mankind and lose and then gain and back and forth for most of my life. A friend up north lost weight with hypsosis so it was worth a try. It was cheaper than a lot of things I've spent my money on. I went in April and my goal was to get down to 150 by end of year. And I did it! I'm beyond excited. (I'm now at 146 lbs and still losing!) My knees are sooo much better. I like how much healthier that I'm eating. And I like it, that's the most surprising thing for me.
